We are proud to show off this deck remodel in Castle Pines, Colorado, which is just south of Denver. Our clients wanted to add stairs and a landing down from the deck to the yard. We seamlessly added stairs, which formed an L shape, with a 3×3 landing halfway down. After the stairs and landing were built, we restained the entire deck to give it a uniform appearance, blending the new and old parts.

This client’s home in Castle Pines, CO had experienced some shifting, and consequently the concrete floor in one area had sunk. IncePector Handyman pulled back the carpet, and installed leveling compound to bring the floor in one area back up to flush with the rest of the room.
